Limitless Flow BASIC is a yoga practice developed by Park Sang-ah, the representative and main instructor of the yoga education community BYTT. It is designed to cater to individuals who have never tried exercise or yoga, as well as those who have experienced injuries through exercise or yoga. The sequence and practice method are carefully crafted to allow practitioners to gradually learn the safe range of joint movement and injury-free movements naturally.

Ancient yogis walked a lot, mainly lived a barefoot lifestyle, consumed small amounts of food, and did not use computers or smartphones. They lived a lifestyle unrelated to the modern issues such as forward neck posture or straightened waist that most modern people experience. Therefore, for modern individuals with different lifestyles from ancient yogis, training that considers the current state of the body is necessary. If ancient yoga practices are imposed on modern individuals without considering their body conditions, it may lead to physical and mental harm from yoga practice before they can experience the essence and philosophy of yoga.

Hence, the sequences of Limitless Flow are structured to allow modern individuals to gradually approach the practice within a range that does not strain them physically. This approach enables them to step through the practice in stages without causing undue stress.
