WHO IS DJ?
My name is DJ KIM (45), currently residing in New York City. Meditation has been a significant part of my life, dating back to almost 20 years ago when I led a temporary monk's life in Myanmar. After traveling to around 70 countries, I settled in New York and pursued TESOL studies at NYU. Following a decade-long career as a teacher in a private school in NYC, I decided to leave my job during the Covid pandemic.
For the past 3 years, I've immersed myself in yoga, starting as a personal journey and evolving into sharing it on Instagram for the past year. Today, I am a yoga instructor, meditation enthusiast, barefoot lover, home yoga advocate, and nature enthusiast. My mission is to guide people towards positive emotions through movement (Out of Motion = e-motion), allowing them to sit, meditate, and reap the benefits. I aim for holistic strength—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
At the age of 42, I woke up every morning with severe back pain, making mornings dreadful. My body faced numerous issues—shoulders, elbows, wrists, spine, neck, and weak immune system—turning me into a walking hospital. Daily yoga practice transformed my health, eradicating these problems. This transformation fuels my desire to help others reclaim their physical well-being. Positive emotions stem from motion, the essence of Ex-motion! A healthy body fosters a healthy mind, paving the way for our spiritual world to unfold.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM!
The yoga I've practiced for the past 2 years and 7 months is called 'Limitless Flow.' Developed by Park Sang-ah, the main instructor and president at BYTT, this practice is suitable for beginners and even those with exercise or yoga-related injuries. It comprises three levels: Basic, Level 1, and Level 2.
Limitless Flow's carefully crafted sequences and methods allow practitioners to gradually explore safe joint movement and injury-free exercises. The sequences are structured to ease practitioners into the practice without physical strain, providing a staged approach to prevent undue stress.
BASIC - focuses on learning fundamental movements without compensation.
LEVEL 1 - helps develop a one-legged balance posture, improving muscle strength, joint flexibility, and concentration.
LEVEL 2 - teaches arm balances, utilizing body weight to enhance muscle strength and joint flexibility.
Additionally, this program incorporates mobility and strength exercises, as well as various meditation techniques. The aim is to restore your dynamic lifestyle, mitigate the activity of the amygdala (the fear and anxiety detector), and cultivate a heightened PreFrontal Cortex for a calm, creative, and meditative state.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS?
All programs are available online, designed to be accessible anytime and anywhere with internet access, just like how I learned yoga myself. Each class has a duration of 60 minutes. All sessions will be recorded and stored in the 'Video Library' section. With A monthly unlimited membership, you'll have unlimited access to these videos starting from December 4th, allowing you to practice at your convenience.
I'll also create an online group chat for direct communication, enabling you to ask questions. I value individual attention and aim to help each of you progress in 2024. Consider setting personal goals for the year, post them on the wall, and check them daily—I do the same. One of my goals for 2024 is to help 100 people move with freedom and find positive emotions through yoga practice (out of motion). How often do you upload new videos?
Limitless Flow videos are uploaded daily from Monday to Friday. Meditation videos are uploaded 3 times a week.
Can I download the videos?
No. But you can watch them as long as you want!
